There are three ways: through the quote tool and the form on this site, via WhatsApp, or on the portals where we are listed. The site's calendar is linked to Airbnb and Booking and updates several times a day, so the dates you see free really are free.

It depends on the booking channel and the season:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (standard stays)
• 50% refund between 15 and 30 days before
• Non-refundable in the last 14 days
• For high-season bookings (July, August, Christmas) the policy is stricter.

For high-value stays we always suggest considering travel insurance.

There is no single fixed minimum: the quote tool works out the price for the dates you choose and, if a minimum applies to that period, it tells you before you send the request.

For the busiest periods — the end-of-year holidays, Easter week and August — write to us directly: we look at every request case by case.

Almost always. The site's calendar is linked to Airbnb and Booking: dates taken on one channel close on the others too, with an update several times a day. That's why yours stays a request until we confirm it — it's how we stay certain, even when someone booked elsewhere a few hours earlier.

Check-in: from 16:00 onwards.
Check-out: by 11:00.

Early check-in (from 14:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) are available on request, at no extra cost when the villa is free. For other times, let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes, we arrange private transfers to and from the island's airports. Both houses are in the south-west:

• TFS (South airport) → about 20–25 minutes
• TFN (North airport) → about an hour and a quarter
• Minivans for larger groups on request

Ask at least 24 hours before arrival, by WhatsApp or email: we'll give you the exact price based on the number of people.

Villa Duque: private covered parking for 6 cars, included in the price.

Bio Finca: large private parking on the grounds for 4–6 vehicles, included at no charge. There is room for a camper van or a van too.

Bio Finca: small and medium-sized pets are welcome, both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The fenced garden is perfect for dogs. A supplement of €25/night applies for the extra cleaning.

Villa Duque: pets are not allowed, out of respect for guests with allergies who may stay afterwards. Do get in touch about specific cases.

Absolutely. Both properties are family-friendly:

Villa Duque: baby kit available (cot, high chair, children's bath set), a play area in the garden, a shallow pool area on request. Plenty of room to run around and play.

Bio Finca: direct contact with nature, farm animals, a vegetable garden to learn from, a safe fenced garden. Children love picking fresh fruit and vegetables.

The initial and final cleaning are included in the price (the amount is shown in the quote summary).

For stays longer than 7 nights we include a mid-stay change of linen at no extra cost.

Daily or alternate-day cleaning can be requested for a supplement of €80–€120 per visit (depending on the villa). Please book it in advance.

For direct bookings we accept bank transfer (SEPA, no fees).

To hold the dates we ask for a 30% deposit, with the balance before arrival. If arrival is less than 10 days away we ask for the full amount instead: there would be no time left for the balance.

The bank details come by email together with the quote. The dates are held when we receive the payment, not before: until then they remain available to others.

Yes, a security deposit is required:

• Villa Duque: €1,500 (returned within 5 working days of check-out)
• Whole Bio Finca: €600
• Ground floor / First floor: €300 each

The deposit is returned in full unless there is obvious damage to the property. It is not blocked on a card but requested by bank transfer or pre-authorisation.

The price you see in the quote is inclusive of taxes: there is nothing to add at check-in.

If the local authorities were to introduce a tourist tax, we would tell you before confirming the booking.

Yes, we arrange tailor-made experiences for any occasion:

• Private chef for group dinners or brunches (from €200 per event + ingredients)
• Full catering with a Canarian tasting menu
• Decorations for birthdays, anniversaries, hen and stag parties
• Live music through our local partners
• Massages and mobile spa at the villa

For company events (retreats, team building, presentations) write to us for a dedicated quote.

Villa Duque: fibre optic with Wi-Fi throughout the property, garden and pool included. A stable connection for remote working and streaming.

Bio Finca: fibre optic reaching the terrace and the garden. In the furthest corners of the grounds the signal can be weaker — we add a repeater on request.

The Bio Finca can be rented in three ways:

• 🏠 Whole finca (from €700/night) — both floors, 10 bedrooms, up to 28 guests. Exclusive use of the whole grounds, garden and vegetable patch. Ideal for large groups or for complete privacy.

• 🌅 First floor (from €250/night) — 5 bedrooms, up to 15 guests. Private panoramic terrace. Independent entrance. Shared access to the vegetable patch.

• 🌿 Ground floor (from €450/night) — 5 bedrooms, up to 13 guests. Direct access to the garden and the organic vegetable patch. Wood-fired barbecue, private terrace. Independent entrance.

The two floors can be rented at the same time by different groups, or together to have the whole finca.

Yes, and it's one of the things guests enjoy most. The certified organic garden grows fruit, vegetables and herbs season by season. Guests can pick freely for their own use — tomatoes, courgettes, fresh herbs, seasonal fruit.

On arrival we show you what's ready and how to pick it without damaging the plants. Children love this part.

We can't guarantee quantities — it depends on the season — but for most of the year you'll find something fresh.

The two floors have completely separate entrances and independent private spaces. You never need to walk through the other party's area. The shared areas are the vegetable patch (open to both) and the paths across the grounds.

In practice: if you want to ignore each other entirely, you can. If instead you're two families who know each other, the garden and the barbecue can become a shared, sociable space — exactly as you prefer.
